Need to increase communication bridges, and listen to suggestions from all employees low and high.

Good benefits, lots of vacation time, friendly work environment, gorgeous campus, great working with students, campus events
Cons
Much of the workforce is low skill/low will and not much has been done to encourage employees to modernize. Many employees have longevity and little motivation to learn new things. Difficult to get things done because of faculty resistance.

The benefits are great as is the work life balance. Generous time off for Christmas and half day Fridays during summer. Cheap gym membership.
Cons
Not enough room for growth and low pay with no bonus. Top management has been plucked from the corporate world and work environment starting to reflect that.

The people are wonderful, the campus is beautiful, the work is interesting and engaging. The benefits are very good, especially paid time off and pension.
Cons
The place is changing. Fairfield used to display it's Jesuit values and ideals in every area. Now it seems to be turning into a corporate like work environment.

Very friendly nice people, good work environment. It was nice to have a job and go to school at the same time without sacrificing grades and athletic responsibilities.
