    Pros

Reliable paycheck, great hours, caring CEO & management, and hard work does not go unnoticed.

    Cons

No personal/sick days and they do not match 401K

    Advice to Management

It would be awesome if personal/sick days were brought back, so we would not have to use vacation days for doctor appointments.

    Pros

Awesome break room Nice office building Bonuses

    Cons

Well, basically, i was not allowed to come back to work because of some uncontrollable circumstances. Managers lack sympathy, they dont care about you, at all, they dont show professionalism and they gossip about employees all the time. Upper management tolerates them!

    Advice to Management

Be fair and care about your employees.

    Pros

Parking space. Real close to the freeway.

    Cons

Very low pay with little to no growth or advancement. Work culture is subpar. Executives were unprofessional and oftentimes acted like children.

    Advice to Management

Would like to give advice, but I doubt any of you would listen or comprehend.

    Pros

None to speak of, it's just a paycheck

no raises, and no chance for advancement

    Advice to Management

Get out of your own way. Especially the CA management. It's apparent you have no clue on how to operate a upholstery division...

I worked at Fairmont Designs full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

On-time paycheck! Ample parking! Clean office!

    Cons

Top boss is an elitist jerk who wanted to flaunt his success and remind everyone that he's the king. You won't advance unless you have a family connection to the boss' family. Politics reigns supreme in this place. Contributions are rarely recognized. Some managers will scream at you for doing something that they suspect are your attempts to "show-off" yourself.

    Advice to Management

You are in United States. Please don't bring foreign dictatorship management style here. Kindly act like a humane company.

I have been working at Fairmont Designs full-time

    Pros

Good place to gain experience ONLY. You can learn a lot. The office is clean, there is a really nice break-room.

    Cons

Benefits SUCK! Managers SUCK! They gossip about EVERYONE in there. Managers say coordinators are not performing, but fail to realize that they are a reflection of them. They want "professionalism" but are not professional at all! No organization or structure. Employees are NOT valued. No raises, and if there are, everyone gets the same raise. Good performance does NOT matter goes unnoticed, unless it is bad then you get...

    Pros

Bonuses once a year, 1 hour lunch, stability, long term

    Cons

No 401k match, 3 sick days off per year, no pay raises as of 2016, no growth, no fun very uptight, no headsets allowed to listen to music

    Advice to Management

Happy employees are loyal employees and will thrive with the company; recognize and reward your employees, listen to them. Add a survey box to see what employees really think could be improved to better the company, ask for input this can allow a insight for the company to reshaping and creating a more positive and creative work environment so employees won't feel as if their going to jail instead of work. I have been working at Fairmont Designs full-time for more than 20 years

      Pros

If you work, you at least receive a paycheck come payday! If you are of Asian decent, this place will suit you just perfectly as those are the only people whom become promoted.

      Cons

No collaboration among departments as they are all bickering at each other for faults and flaws. The owner is a joke and just flaunts his "self-success" without regard to his employees. The Ex-President was the only competent employee which spoke fluent English and the owner replaced him with another Asian. The owner uses blatant language during conference meetings and does not think otherwise. Your reviews will always...
