Too many priorities leads to a lack of priority and burnout. Work life balance, especially for remote leaders is a challenge. Too many decision makers and a lack of clear direction.

Leadership is disorganized; classic academic medical center culture. Extremely difficult to get thigns done and nobody is interested in fixing broken processes.

Management right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Lack of and cohesiveness in prioritization. Indecisive and drawn out decision making. Terrible planning with little or no strategy. Horrific interview process - 4 rounds and at the end of the 4th the interviewers had no idea I had already completed 3. Do not work here, run!

The management is horrible very horrible he does not know how to communicate with his team he comes off as nice but than gets rude and aggressive when you ask him for assistance not good at all. There is no good proper training. The orientation here was not good the person who held the orientation was not pleasant at all. When you walk in the door it’s just brings a toxic negative racist vibe and it’s sad that the healthcare system is whitewashed just complete racism at its best I will never apply for this company again. HR department does not care seems like they only care about getting a pay check they are afraid to do anything especially if your a person of color this whole company is racist I can’t It’s 2021 people not the 1950s.
