Why did my employer try to compare my personal life to my job obligations? Excuse me there’s no level of comparisons. At home I’m on my own schedule. I do as I please. On the job, I follow the rules, restrictions, and regulations under my job description. Teams are different dynamics. Many places talk a good game about teamwork from administrative to the floor, but I’ve seldomly seen this done. I’ve been places where the ADON wouldn’t work the floor if nurses were understaffed.

Iv been a Sonographer for 11 years, I am tired of scanning I am burnt out and it’s physically demanding. I have experience with management as a supervisor and educational training, and leadership. I have an associates. How can I Step out if my field without experience into something more remote work or not physically demanding. I have even considered medical sales but they all require bachelors degree and or experience

I’m wondering if I’m waiting on a third person for the hiring process. I’ve been thinking. I was contacted by the recruiter (a phone interview) then an in person interview with HR director who offered the job with a pay rate and start date. It’s been a few days and I did send a thank you letter. . . Job hunting is becoming a long process.
