    Pros

    Benefits, Flexible Scheduling, Willing to work with student schedules, Positive work environment, On the job learning, Employee morale is very high, Opportunity for growth is high

    Cons

    Cleveland Clinic in general should do away with their minimum 2 year working before you can be moved to another position. Look into lowering parking costs at main campus.

    Advice to Management

    Look into lowering parking costs at main campus/providing extra benefits (like a shuttle) to those employees who have to park blocks away from their building

    Pros

    Autonomy, teamwork, training, opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    strict attendance policy CCF in general not Fairview, Strict disciplinary policy at CCF hospitals. Very punitive.

    The company is great and they treat like you a friend.

    Sometimes the union groups could be a little tougher.

    As long as your doing your best you can it's a company to grow with.

    I worked at Fairview Hospital part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Loved the small size of the hospital as you just walk by and see people you know. Co workers were great. Pay was adequate for the job.

    Cons

    You almost seem like just a number there, not an employee thats truly cared about. The point system isn't exactly fair as a part time employee.

    Advice to Management

    Always make sure that people in school are being scheduled so that their schooling is most important as they are promised by HR before being hired.

    Applications and interviews are scheduled quickly
    Work life balance
    Starting Pay
    Staff are always willing to help and be a resource
    HR, IT, etc are in-house in Mn. You don't have to dial a 800 number

    Cons

    Large hospital and confusing to navigate at first
    Parking is not free and hard to find a spot in the morning
    Directions are vague and hard to follow
    CEO seems to be changing faces frequently
