    Pros

Great company to work with. Good work environment and the nicest group. They are also really good at what they do, so you learn a lot from them.

    Cons

You get to work under lot of pressure, but if you are used to the retail pace it is not really a con.

I worked at Falabella full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work environment, senior managers develop the people who deserves it. There are also many opportunities to switch jobs from one business unit to the other.

    Cons

Facilities are old and located in a bad neighborhood in Santiago.
Work/life balance very low. A normal work week is Monday to Friday from 9 and 7 (often later), but considering people lives 45 minutes - 1 hour away, you end up spending most of your time in the office

    Pros

Huge company, many opportunities to growth.

    Cons

You need to be at least one year to become a real employee here, before that time you will not be allowed to move to another position, no matter your performance, also you will not have access to some benefits...

    Advice to Management

Company culture is a mixed bag of family owned company and multi national, is a company focused in marketing, but with many issues in productivity and efficacy. Most people does not really care about expenses or profit.
