Horrible work environment, horrible work culture (or lack thereof, no joke), horrible management including Owner and CFO...aka learn to problem solve, managers also do not know how to communicate properly. Such a soul-sucking environment. Honestly, do not apply here, look elsewhere, that's what I'm currently doing and there is so much turn over here. I've never met with such fake, snobby and gossipy people. If you like happy, friendly, genuine, down to earth co-workers /work environment then look elsewhere. The review that says Great Culture is a fake review, I overheard the CFO talking about making a fake posting, WOW!!!! So fake!

Overall - Terrible: benefits, leadership and lack of strategy. If I could rate using zero stars, I would. This company has potential to be a real company but because it is run by a family that lacks ethics, strategy, respect and trust, it will never grow. It's a fear based leadership with no structure. There's no accountability for projects and their only 'strategy' is to see what competitors do [there's no innovation or team work collaboration]. You go into meetings thinking you can change it together, but it's just a meeting where they tell you what to do. They hire you but they don't trust you to do your job [even though you have years of experience]. There's constant eavesdropping and video surveillance.
