I worked at Family Dollar Stores full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company offers competitive competing and the ability to receive monetary values for winning. The people as far as team members and customers are AMAZING!

    Cons

Upper management will chew you up and spit you out. They don't care about you at all and offer zero support. No matter what you put into the company or how much you turn a store around and produce sales they just don't give a damn.

    Advice to Management

The money is good but the values suck!
