Pros
The financial opportunity and organizations culture amazing. Family First Life has figured out the life insurance business and created an absolutely success proven system. You cannot fail if you work hard.
Cons
Seriously... I cant think of one. You will not make it if you are lazy. That's actually a good thing.

Pros
Everything you see upfront about family first life is transparent and exactly what you are told to expect. In a rapidly progressing industry, family first life has positioned itself and its agents for success. You are fully vested day 1 and have no contracts to sign while still receiving extremely high commission levels. Many agents in the insurance industry fail because they don’t have enough prospects to see and are not equipped with effective marketing tools; however, FFL is trailblazing in high internet online lead capture that is second to none.
Cons
No additional feedback at this time.

Pros
My brother in law started working for Family First Life about 3 years ago. At first, he struggled, but he started making money in the second year. The kind of money I never thought possible in my lifetime. When I was downsized from my job I decided to make the change and work with him. I was lucky enough to have my brother-in-law as my mentor. Family First Life got me through the licensing process and provided a ton of training. They have lead training, product training, and sales training. I especially am a fan of the Monday call which helped me to become motivated at the start of the week. By the end of the first year, I had my first $15,000 issue paid week! My brother in law and I want to start our own agency within the next year. Family First Life has changed my life and for the better!
Cons
I can't think of a con except that I really miss having weekends off. Those are the best days in this business

Pros
The compensation is the best in the industry to go along with the best training on how to do anything at Family First Life. Working with leads is such a huge time saver and make money faster.
Cons
No cons at all, I wished I would have made the move sooner.

Pros
There are so many reasons that someone should work at FFL. I think one of best is that Family First Life is like a big family and everyone is willing to help. Another reason is the compensation is the best out there and training from Top Producers that are in the field!
Cons
I honestly have not had any reasons why I would not want to work with FFL.

Pros
Serving families. High comp. Leads. The opportunity to live the American dream is alive and well at Family First Life. It offers everyone the opportunity to build a business that they own 100% of and can become financially free in under ten years.
Cons
None. This really is the best business ever. I have never seen a company that offers people compensation that truly represents the work people put in.

Pros
Family First Life is headstrong about disrupting insurance and let me give them a standing ovation! I have worked for carriers and other IMO's, and I always felt as if I was lining someone elses pockets. Now I am lining MINE. I had to relearn how I worked, but I decided to give their way a try. It took some time, but I was soon earning more than double what I was making at my old job. The leads are quality, and I love the culture of the organization. I am independent and ultimately responsible for myself!
Cons
I will forever and ever hate working weekends but that is part of the job and nothing against Family First Life.

Pros
The system that Shawn Meaike and the leadership at Family First Life is second to none. The system is designed so that anyone who is willing to put in the work can be successful. FFL leadership has a heart for their agents, and are constantly making things even better. If you have your life insurance license, you really should be at Family First Life!
Cons
There are no cons of working with FFL. You are your own boss, and surrounded by team mates who want to see you succeed.

Pros
I used to work with a carrier, and I made the jump to Family First Life as they started, and as long as I work in insurance, I will work for them. I have worked in insurance for 20 years, and I have made more in the last 5 years than I have my whole career! I have had to work hard, but it has been worth it. I love the one for all and all for one attitude of Family First Life. They are truly changing how insurance is sold and embrace a changing world.
Cons
Some weeks you win and others you don't but over time you can make consistent money. This is true for ALL insurance agent jobs and not a con of Family First Life.

Cons
You will not like Family First Life if you do not work hard.
