Pros
Everything you see upfront about family first life is transparent and exactly what you are told to expect. In a rapidly progressing industry, family first life has positioned itself and its agents for success. You are fully vested day 1 and have no contracts to sign while still receiving extremely high commission levels. Many agents in the insurance industry fail because they don’t have enough prospects to see and are not equipped with effective marketing tools; however, FFL is trailblazing in high internet online lead capture that is second to none.
Cons
No additional feedback at this time.

Pros
I have been with FFL for 2 years and I was with 2 previous insurance companies before coming into FFL. You are TRULY independent, renewals are vested from day 1, NO contract and the training is second to none. The leadership team is amazing and not only have I grown immensely in this business sss but also in my personal life. Beyond grateful for this opportunity.
Cons
I can not think of any cons.

Pros
The compensation is the best in the industry to go along with the best training on how to do anything at Family First Life. Working with leads is such a huge time saver and make money faster.
Cons
No cons at all, I wished I would have made the move sooner.

Pros
There are so many reasons that someone should work at FFL. I think one of best is that Family First Life is like a big family and everyone is willing to help. Another reason is the compensation is the best out there and training from Top Producers that are in the field!
Cons
I honestly have not had any reasons why I would not want to work with FFL.

Pros
I was out of work and was struggling to find a new job. I did my research and decided to become an independent insurance agent. I attended all of the calls and trainings I could. Slowly but surely I started making a living! Within a year I was making more than I did in my last career! I had to work really hard, and I had to work seven days a week at first, but I did it.
Cons
The work life balance is hard since the weekends are when you can make the most money.

Pros
Serving families. High comp. Leads. The opportunity to live the American dream is alive and well at Family First Life. It offers everyone the opportunity to build a business that they own 100% of and can become financially free in under ten years.
Cons
None. This really is the best business ever. I have never seen a company that offers people compensation that truly represents the work people put in.

Pros
Family First Life is headstrong about disrupting insurance and let me give them a standing ovation! I have worked for carriers and other IMO's, and I always felt as if I was lining someone elses pockets. Now I am lining MINE. I had to relearn how I worked, but I decided to give their way a try. It took some time, but I was soon earning more than double what I was making at my old job. The leads are quality, and I love the culture of the organization. I am independent and ultimately responsible for myself!
Cons
I will forever and ever hate working weekends but that is part of the job and nothing against Family First Life.

Pros
Excellent training for agents! The president and people who train have ALL worked in the field. The comp is outstanding as are the people who run the company. It is work. Do not expect a handout but you will have success if you work for it.
Cons
The work life balance is hard since the weekends are when you can make the most money.

Pros
I would say there are so many Pros. To start they offered me the highest Commisions I have come across. There’s so much training available online and in the offices. This was so important to me because I wanted direction. They have many vendors of leads to choose from, I was concerned with not having leads and that has never been a problem. I create my goals and can achieve them by having access to clients. I have been blessed with leadership guiding me to reach my short and long term goals. The biggest take away is that I can grow personally and in my business and there is no cap to how much I want to earn monthly and annually. I make my own schedule as a single mom of 2 and am finally able to have a good work life balance.
Cons
I have not had any bad experiences yet to report in my years with FFL. I will update if this changes.
