I have been working at Family Lives Nursing Services part-time

    Pros

Highly competative pay compared to other home care agency’s! Most office staff are great to communicate with. Excellent sign on Bonus and incentive bonuses every 3 months for committing to night shifts or working 16 hrs every weekend!

    Cons

Very strict on silly rules like submitting monthly schedule by 15th of every month!

I have been working at Family Lives Nursing Services part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Gained experience with a complex population and built great relationships with families. This is a position that can act as a stepping stone for other jobs.

    Cons

Management is difficult, makes promises it can not keep, and does not support employees. There is little support for the nurses. There is no room to grow in your career here.

    Advice to Management

Provide better support for your nurse and more opportunities to grow and better themselves
