I worked at Family Physicians Group full-time

    Pros

I had a great provider that I worked for and a good solid Manager that I loved

    Cons

This company is all about the mighty dollar.
You will be hired for one thing and made to do several jobs at one time without an increase in pay. They will also not pay you for the travel that they will want you to do.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people a fair wage

I worked at Family Physicians Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Pay, Regular Working Hours, On the Job Training, Great Environment

    Cons

Management, no appreciation for their employees needs, wants or desires. No recognition, Its who you know and how well certain people like you, rather than what you know and how well you do it in order to get promoted and increases. Worked for the company for years, it wasnt always this way, but certain people came into the company and no longer people were being treated as family, we were being treated as drones and never able to do enough. Of course, if you are one of those people, that you fit in with certain clits, then of course you can stay employed there for years, doing a half-ass job and get promoted and increases in pay.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better-they are your front line dealers with your patients, your employees do not feel valued, that is why there is such a high turn-over rate. The ones that go above and beyond are taken advantage of by others doing half the job or less and the ones that are doing half, are getting recognized, rewarded, etc... Too many clits in this company.
