    Pros

Great team of people to work with, strong lead supervisor.

    Cons

Not a great work/life balance, lots of traveling, not much in terms to grow if already experienced, pay is on lower side (if experienced).

I worked at Family Resource Center (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very nice staff. Great working environment. Great job for people who love children. Great first job for someone going into early childhood development.

    Cons

There can be a lot of stress associated with this job. A lot of children in a small room can be a handful

    Advice to Management

The management is doing a fantastic job at staffing and running the daycare. They have the facility under control.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Family Resource Center full-time

    Pros

Pretty good benefits- 3 weeks vacation starting off for first 5 years, medical, 403b, flexible, family oriented.

    Cons

Recent changeover of management has caused quite a bit of drama for everyone in the company. Something should be done about this.

    Advice to Management

Offer maternity leave, also allow people to enroll in 403b before they have earned their $5000. The work is stressful and workers should be paid more.

    Pros

I enjoyed working with their departments. Each director was very open to my involvement.

    Cons

At times people were too busy to think of new projects but overall they were very good and I gained valuable experience.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Family Resource Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Somewhat flexible hours. If you're part of the "in crowd" you will be able to work during the day. If not...sorry.

    Cons

Very poor management. Communication almost non existent. You will have a team leader who, like Dwight Schrute, assumes that they are your boss. The bonus system is set up in such a way as to constitute duress. Whether intended, or not, it promotes fraud while removing the company from liability. You will be asked to write reviews while working with clients, which is near impossible. If you write up these reviews at home or away from billing you will not be reimbursed. FRC does not provide resources to help you get them done while working. So...free paperwork (against Idaho State law).

    Advice to Management

Communicate with people BEFORE you take a big chunk out of their paycheck.
