    Pros

    Caring environment. Team work is a priority. Regular supervision where you can work on making the lives of clients better with supervisor guidance.

    Cons

    The only con would be that I wish I still worked here. I loved working with the people, but due to state cuts our program had to close.

    Keep doing what you're doing. Your hearts are huge and I hope it stays that way.
