    Pros

    They worked with you on scheduling and the fellow employees had a great attitude

    Cons

    Sometimes things got a little too relaxed around store causing things not to get don

    Advice to Management

    Keep a positive attitude towards employees and give kudos when they notice a job well done. Pats on the back go a long way in keeping employees happy

    I worked at Family Thrift Centers full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Breaks and lunch are consistent. Work is easy if your attentive at what you do. Organized timed work. Each day your time is helping others while being paid.

    Cons

    Employees are not the best crowd to hang with. If you do your job and keep work life separated you can enjoy this.

    Advice to Management

    Employees should receive discount for merchandise. Perhaps interview employees more thoroughly. Consider pay increase for hard workers. Managers could show there face more to keep environment professional.

    Pros

    as a cashier its an alright job. the people are nice and when you get people in your line the day goes by fast

    Cons

    a lot of items arent in the system so you have to know the codes for food and you only get a 5% discount.

    Pros

    It's right across the street from San Jac North and North Shore Senior High, so students have a nearby job.

    Cons

    The people in the back don't seen very well treated. It's a pretty big store with only about five employees, and very tough weekends/ expectations. There were people who had worked there over five years with not much of a significant pay raise or higher job placement.
