    Pros

    Company worked hard to provide good services to the clients and the community. Also provided quality training's for the staff. Has provided me with the opportunity to have a work life balance.

    Cons

    No real cons at this time. The industry appears to be going through some major changes as it relates to service definition and state regulation.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing!

    Great agency to work for! Leadership appears to get it and understand the demands of working with clients who are disabled. Good Benefits.

    Cons

    None many cons to report. Vacation could be a little better.

    I worked at Family Transitions Inc. full-time

    Pros

    Working with the young men and women. The hours which allowed me to engage in other passions such as coaching basketball.

    Cons

    The constant paperwork and the inability to getva raise foe over 3 years and the lack of communication between owners and staff.

    Advice to Management

    Respect staff more, listen and engage. Without staff your business goes nowhere.
