I worked at Famsa USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

easy, laid back, free healthcare through company, hour lunches

    Cons

First of all I am really disappointed with this company, they rather see their employees that have been there for a while that go above and beyond for a company leave Famsa than give them a raise. They go in the system and mess with people's hours! I've always been 10-30 mins off from my checks all because they don't want to pay anyone overtime. They will literally tell you something if your near the 40 hours for the week, I knew a employee that got their pay knocked down a $1 less than what they were getting paid initially without a physical explanation. All they got was it was a system error. They expect a lot from you with little pay and no raises

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the employees you have with rewards and incentives that are actually reachable. Reward them with a raise at least every year that they are there.
