    Great co-workers, I got all benefits, the management cares for the employees, the company is headed at the right direction, there is room for development, inspiring engineering team

    Cons

    Sometimes there is too much pressure, but nothing too big or noteworthy

    I have never had better management, keep it going

    Pros

    The interview process and layoff cycles resulted in a very junior, but still high quality group of engineers
    Ambitious, excited workforce was a pleasure to be around
    Downtown location was an easy commute from some beautiful neighborhoods
    You'll leave with a healthy skepticism for deeply exploitative companies

    Cons

    Relentless astroturfers
    Pay is below market wages
    No successful products over the medium-long term
    Management seeks advantages in ethical loopholes
    "Us Against Them" attitude with every large technology company

    Advice to Management

    Some good product ideas and basic engineering talent was no match for the cultural problems that plagued this place. The employees in constant fear for their jobs were a major distraction from those that were able to focus. Trying to run product and engineering teams as if they were sales teams by interrupting productivity with Michael Jordan stories, pushups and Tony Robbins was not effective.

    Pros

    I have been on FanBox for over 4 years now. FanBox gives me opportunity to work from home, earn money for my family and at the same time be stay-at-home mom. I am currently working as success coach and helping others on the site. Everybody is treated equal.

    Cons

    Working long hours can be overwhelming.

    Advice to Management

    Be more active and interact with all of the users/citizens.

    Pros

    I love working at Fanbox because I’m surrounded by talented co-workers that really do a great job. The management is also very supportive and motivating. I got all the benefits and rarely there is pressure in my work. If you are a professional and do your job, you will have a great time here! The offices are lovely as well.

    Cons

    The work can be fast paced sometimes. That can be hard for someone that has problems and can’t adapt fast.

    Advice to Management

    I'm satisfied by how you are managing the company, continue with your visionary management

    I was not compensated for time worked. My case was and is still unresolved.

    Pros

    Great job opportunity, amazing benefits the environment and the people you work with are ideal. They provide you everything you need in the building. Management is motivating and talks with the employees. They respect your knowledge and skills. If you are good they will find a way to award you for your skills.

    Cons

    Sometimes you may work overtime in order to achieve some task or short term goal.

    Advice to Management

    Improve the training and make it more frequent. Other than that you are doing a great job!

    The people here love what they do and are motivated to always perform at best level. The support employees receive for self-Improvement and skills upgrade are 2nd to none. The ability to progress and get promoted is easily attainable for those who want it. The culture is engaging and exciting. The management has great vision and takes great care of the employees.

    Cons

    Colleagues who are not motivated to excel and put in time and effort.

    Continue with the great work. I never had better management than you.

    Pros

    I love working at FanBox. The environment is positive, the job is organized and thus there is rarely pressure in the everyday working. The management keeps you hyped and they have great vision of where this company will go. There is also room for improvement, and I really hope like I can advance here. The work-life balance I have achieved is indeed excellent! I have great social life.

    Cons

    If you just sit and wait to be told what job tasks you should do, you can be little lost. This company and management ask for little self-initiative and action.

    Pros

    I started working here back in 2014. I'm still here now because I love how the working environment functions. The teams are well organized, the management takes care of the workers and has clear goals. They know what they want from you. The co-workers are great here and I have really developed myself as a marketing professional here.

    Cons

    Sometimes the working hours can be tense. Although, this is really rare. I guess this is normal for every working environment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up and continue with the great job
