    Pros

    There are many reasons to work here including the great staff and amazing events.

    Cons

    The major challenge was the variety of work hours.

    I have been working at Fandango Productions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Come and go as you please. Design work is cool

    Cons

    pay sucks, bosses dont work well and don think things threw. they want to work you like slaves in busy season but dont want to give you any hours in slow season, No management on crew, everyone does what they want. No growth

    Advice to Management

    need to pay more. how can you expect your employees to work like dogs when you cant take care of them year round

    Decent money compared to what others make in a cubicle all day.
    Travel Opportunities.
    Fun work.

    Cons

    Must be available 24/7.
    The Cons outweigh the Pros over time.
