I worked at Faneuil full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The hours were steady, and the work was simple once training was completed.

    Cons

Upper management was horrible. They could never figure out what they were doing, and so the policies were constantly changing. Making it hard to keep everyone on the same page.

    Pros

Ready to hire you, as long as you are ready to work and work long hours and have a flexible schedule, great for learning the trade and quick upper mobility.

    Cons

You got to love helping people on the phone because it is busy and sometimes gets busier.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Faneuil full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Monday through Friday, regular business hours, state and federal holidays paid off, decent benefits

    Cons

Terrible pay, no raises, no incentives, no bonuses, micromanaging, oppressive attendance policy, no outlet for concerns.

    Advice to Management

Remember that your employees are the reason the company is successful, on any level. Treat them accordingly.

I have been working at Faneuil full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Close to home, and a paycheck. It is certainly not a career opportunity as there is absolutely no room for advancement.

    Cons

Was told during interview hours would be 8-4:30. Get to the job and it changes weekly. Mandatory overtime or get written up. If sick, get written up. Extreme micromanagement. People are treated like a piece of meat, instead of human beings. People not allowed to even speak to one another in a social manner during non-busy work times even though we have no calls to handle. All we can do at that time is just sit. Employee retention is low. Very low.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees as human beings.

I worked at Faneuil part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It gives you the opportunity to build job history and experience so that you can apply somewhere else if a better opportunity arises.

    Cons

Other people not properly doing their jobs which causes those who are working correctly to have to take on more calls.

I have been working at Faneuil full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only pro I would have about this job is working with great people and the fact that it pays the bills.

    Cons

This job does not care about its employees or the safety of it's employees. You accrue PTO but when you use it you get points which once you get to a certain amount they will fire you. They are very unorganized and expect you to change at the drop of a dime. They put superivors, Leads and People in positions that is not qualified. They do not lead by example and should take into consideration the amount of work we do, the calls we take in for the little money we get. It just feels like they don't know how to run a business and they want us to go above and beyond for them when they do nothing for us.

    Advice to Management

Start caring about your employees more because you will need us or you won't have anyone. Listen to our concerns and actually listen and not just push them aside and say "ok, I'll look into it and don't."
