    Pros

    Constant schedule. Flexible if you have to leave for any reason

    Cons

    Not very understanding sups if you have to use the restroom. Strict on bring at work no later than 3 min after your shift starts unless call in.

    Advice to Management

    Be a little more flexible if someone has to get up to use the restroom. Maybe it's a lifetime Issie they don't have control over.

    There aren't any this company sucks. All locations.

    Cons

    This company is a joke. HR will force projects to keep people that should be fired. You will work in a hostile work environment. If you are a woman don't expect to be promoted. The center director want all men in management positions. I have worked here more than a year and still havent gotten a raise. The program diretor cant get the criteria correct. You can not trust anyone. This company is horrible

    Become a man.

    Pros

    Other employees are great, supervisors care but can't help with management

    Cons

    Not only do you work a full year before you find out the do not give raises, then they cuts your hours from 37.5 to 32

    Advice to Management

    The company should try to remember who make the millions of dollars she profits every year and take care of her employees.

    Ok work hours M - F and government holidays. No bad training.

    Cons

    Managment plays favorites, run off good employees. "0" chances for a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Quit playing favorites & consider some sort of raise. Listen to supervisors & CSR"s.

    It's a very easy job

    Cons

    Even though you're doing something as simple as collecting money they make it hard.

    -You can't use your phone for any reason (if there is no radio you sit in silence your entire shift.)

    -People ask dumb questions
    -- how much is the toll?
    -- do i give you the money?
    -- i didn't want to come this way do i have 2 pay?
    -- am i in the right direction to get to...

    People ask you how to get to places as if there is no such thing as GPS.

    They constantly hire new people and give the part time people 2-3 days a week, and the new people they hire majority of the time quit after 1 day of training & then they call the reliable part time people who been there for years to fill in. When all they need to do is give the reliable part timers more hours n stop over hiring.

    In 365 days a week you can only call out 5 times.

    In 365 days you can only schedule of 12 days a year. They're called N/A days.

    The have a "breaker" so two people per shift literally only collect money for a total of 3 hours per 8 hour shift.( If there the booth is short handed they have to work) it's ALWAYS the same people who do it. They never switch it up (at least at my booth they don't) Also at my booth it's the full timers who are the breakers, so they get more money per hour than me, get way more hours, yet they do no work...B/S

    The computers are always glitching

    When it's hot it's hot, the air doesn't blow hard or cold enough so with the door always open its still hot.

    When it's cold its cold, doors don't close properly even if there are no cars when you can close the door so there is always a gust. Heater doesn't fill booth with heat.

    People think you're a bank asking you to break their $50 & $100

    It's a little dangerous, people reverse down E-way, change lanes almost causing accidents, people speed through lanes even though it's a 15mph zone (always look when you're walking)

    Advice to Management

    Let us use our phones. No reason i should have to sit in a booth in silence for 6-8 hours.

    Stop over hiring and give part timers real hours.

    steady schedule
    weekends off (except November -January )

    Cons

    Unorganized management
    Tiny workspace
    Seemed to have hired anyone walking down the street
    no background checks
    Management expects reps to be robots
    Bathroom breaks are monitored- cant take too many
    Not recommended for parents who may need to take their children to the doctor- doctors notes do not matter
    Pay not nearly enough to make up for the verbal abuse
