    Pros

Talented and motivated engineers with a common mission. Clear directions. Another important thing I want to say is that the HR department is the best I’ve worked with, always willing to help, even after you left the company.

    Cons

    Cons for being a startup

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work despite the noise

I have been working at Faraday Future full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It has been an amazing opportunity to become part of something brand new with the authority to build the company and product from the ground up. FF 91 itself is fantastic, as are most of the people I've met working here. If I had to the opportunity to go back in time I would do this all over again for the experience.

    Cons

Now that the cash has all but dried up everyone's true colors are coming out, and it shows the worst of favoritism and the continuation of the illogical decisions made by the leadership that is left standing. The majority of those still at FF have close ties to YT himself, and will also go down the ship still proclaiming that they will make it.

    Advice to Management

Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. (LeEco)

I worked at Faraday Future full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

people have more time eating outside together during lunch time, happy hours; good work-life balance but just concerned no jobs the next day

    Cons

Many people can still go to "work" doing nothing but get min payment during the chaos times, probably year 2017 as well.

No invest days can be used as a preparation time , but ends up with almost zero morale and no actions. To be honest I am not sure what people are still doing there and try to cheer up by posting pretty "achievements" even a smog test garage can do.

Probably use half of previous billions of investments for the car-wash or body-shop is a wiser choice, those can still make profits to feed your people anyway.

    Advice to Management

never too late to stay down to the earth, bluffing can not get more invests in the manufacturing industry. never promise anything out of your ability range at the beginning, or at least do not prepare a black-hole for yourself in the future.
