Pros
Really good place to work and make money , there is always overtime all the time . If you want promotion you must not miss any day at work and have seniority , at least 5 months. You must be friendly to supervisors even if they are annoying as f , don’t get on their bad side or they’ll talk sheet about you .
Cons
Cold place to work in , smoking area needs to be gone , too many smokers contaminating the lunch areas while everyone eats .

Pros
It is definitely a hard working type of environment but very much worth it. There are always engaging activities that all associates can participate in and join. I really like being able to meet coworkers from other departments and engage with mine outside of work. Number ONE benefit: Educational Assistance Program... this is a benefit that many companies no longer offer nowadays. It is great to see a company help their employees learn and grow. Anytime, anywhere people are always greeted with a wave and a smile and there couldn't be a better working environment.
Cons
Language barriers can exists between Spanish only speaking workers and English only speaking workers and may be expected to work together.

Cons
-Early bird culture - Flying to corporate is WAY to cold for anyone from LA - Technology is slow

Pros
I love the atmosphere and the people I am surrounded by. The upper management are fantastic people to work with and most have come from similar work experience and backgrounds. They welcome you with open arms and look to improve you as a person and worker as well. They really push the "promote from within" policy and look to promote both hourly employees and salaried.
Cons
Hours are long. Very rare to have a day under 10 hours, usually averaging about 12 hours a day. The environment can be a little intimidating, and the language barrier is sometimes a challenge if you are not bilingual in English and Spanish, it hurts the communication with employees significantly.
