It might look there are many, but there are none.

People are more interested in personal's lives of others rather than focusing on business or creation of value. No clear focus on how to set organisational structure. Hiring There was flexibility here, so now there are very low pros left.

Firing. Fixed Timing to be there from 10:30-7:30, but you've to leave after getting the work done mostly after 8. Most of the high paid managers have no people and work skills and just here to be bossy. Most people are so fed up that they keep on looking for a switch in office hours as well.

Money is good; you learn a lot in a very short time

Fake urgencies every time, the team leads just rush juniors into nothing. No respect for people's time. They boast of a tech platform as a one-stop solution. But they will make you fill a new excel sheet every day under 'status update.' Work from home is not allowed, but you are expected to work when on leave.
