The customers are undeniably the best part of the job. There is nothing better than helping a customer look and feel her best.

    Pros

Fun place to work. I always enjoyed my coworkers. I learned a lot about the retail industry while working here.

    Cons

They are no longer in business. It is difficult to move up. The management were workers who had been with the company for a substantial amount of time, but were not necessarily the workers who should be promoted.

    Advice to Management

Please create a better system of determining which employees have management potential. Nearly none of the managers had any management knowledge and there should have been management training.
