    Pros

Easy job, easy work load, not usually super busy, um that's about all i have, but glassdoor wants twenty words sooo am i at twenty yet? how bout now

    Cons

awful customers, too much pressure to get "charges" that literally EVERY CUSTOMER ALREADY HAS, my co-workers were so insufferable it was unreal, minimum wage (lol lowest pay i've actually ever had at a part-time job), terrible music that will make you want to find the nearest cliff, dirt old registers, coupons are ridiculous to deal with, SO BORING!!!!

    Advice to Management

give out better incentives to get charges. i would bust my butt to make my goal, while all of the managers just sat around and watched. ridiculous. i stopped even trying

    Pros

Fashion Bug offers a great opportunity in retail. Excellent benefits, flexible scheduling and great merchandise make it an ideal company to work for.

    Cons

Many great initiatives started at the corporate level. The problem is that there seemed to be little follow-up on how they actually worked.

    Advice to Management

Follow up on some of the great programs initiated at store level. Fashion Bug offers AWESOME merchandise at great prices. Merchandise will sell if the focus changes to STRONG Management teams who know how to take charge and develop sales leaders.
