    Pros

    Work Time 9am-5.30pm
Talking very good but in the end no result.
    Unprofessional management.

    Cons

No professionalism, no commitment when they hire employees, no proper training. High expectations, low sales, always tumbling company.

    Advice to Management

Make sure even you loose one or four clients you should have ability to maintain financial performance to sustain company and employees. Do not hire staff and if have no capacity.

Do not lie in the interview that you are growing fast but can't sustain staff even after loosing one client.

    Pros

If you like working by yourself it's not that bad.

    Cons

Poorly run company in general who blames CSRs for crippling debt of company without any proper training. Sales managers yell at CSRs and creates a hostile work environment due to own stresses. No set policies or procedures in place and everyone is basically running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Absolutely no benefits because they don't make enough sales(which is your fault as the CSR) and you will get overtime but that is because there is no one there to make sure you get a lunch break. No rooms for advancement because it's a small company. Provides discounts/favors for friends, does sub par work, and then has to do more discounts to account for shoddy work in which case they will shift the blame to CSRs. Rules apply to only some employees and not others.

    Advice to Management

Bottom line, stop blaming your CSRs for your poorly run company. Create training plans and expectations for incoming CSRs . If a store has a specific way to be run then teach them how to be successful. Yelling at employees is not conducive to a productive work environment. If your company is terribly behind with unpaid orders actually hire someone to collect on them. One person should not be taking work home with them because you treat them as your own personal assistant. Everyone needs a work/life balance.
