Great benefits package. Salary plus commission in full time sales positions. Paid vacation and PTO. Flexible with employees needs. Fast paced.

Pay structure changes often. Hard to find quality employees due to corporate screenings. We lose a lot of recruits to this process.

    Advice to Management

Change the employee screening process. This should be done by managers. We need to choose the candidates.
