      Pros

      flexible hours is the biggest pro. Unless you have a passion for construction and fasteners I wouldn't pursue a career here. Very hierarchical way to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Not much to learn if you aren't interested in Construction and Fasteners. Very number centered and old-style company fashion.
