    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Flexible with hours/location. Smart, dedicated people.

    Cons

Small company needs to keep a tight lid on things like benefits and staffing. Some parts of the product are long in the tooth and need to be refactored -- but the long list of new features always seems to steal the show.

    Advice to Management

Need bigger engineering staff to improve the product. Well managed otherwise.

    Pros

Senior management seem to have turned the company round in the last year or so and it has the feeling of organisation on the up.

The product is solid and provides me, as a consultant, with enough clubs in the bag to get the job done. I'm also pretty excited about the development that's currently being undertaken - I think technically the future's pretty bright here.

I'm also working with smart people who understand that I also have a life outside of work - this makes a big difference to the day to day.

    Cons

There's a lot of change going on at the moment so it can feel a little chaotic and the internal communication isn't always the best

    Advice to Management

Sometimes it doesn't all have to change at once
