I have been working at Fawaz Alhokair Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros as far as I could recall. No leadership or what so ever. No external or internal customer care. All sorts of conflict exist in the organisation. No transparent plan or action. Employees commonly receive end of service with immigrate effect. No one is considerate to people needs. No respectable HR policy or management. Unfair consistant Salary deduction is a common issue without evidence.

    Cons

Extreme office politics environment. No proper training or personal development or apraisal system. Promotions according to personal relationships. Very poor business communication level amongst all departments. Culture conflict mostly racists. No plan. Day to day decisions. Day to day revert to previous decisions.

    Advice to Management

Management style fits more a grocery shop. Open a grocery, that would successfully fit their management style.

    Pros

you learn how professional and good your abilities are, lots of really great people, learning something new every day

    Cons

the employees gangs and wrong people in some of the managerial positions can be lots of pain, plus if your line manager didnt like you for some personal reason then expect your work to be X10 harder as they will make it hell for you till you resign or catch any fault and terminate you.

    Advice to Management

reevaluate all your employees based on the real work / professionalism shown on the table instead of personal reasons. and you need to think twice regarding the strategist we are working with as it's wasting lots of money, time and effort in some points on the way to hit the goal.
