    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Faxton-Saint Luke's Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people you work with are amazing. coworkers and patients alike.

    Cons

This hospital is run between the hours of 5 p.m and 8 a.m anything that goes on between 8 and 5 is show to make themselves more appealing in the community they're serving. There is a severe lack of minority leadership which has a lot to do with said "show".

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page as your employees on all shifts not just the golden hours. stop wasting money using the meanest people to smile in your commercials.

    Recommends

    Pros

Free healthcare package for the single person. Actively works towards a discrimination free environment.

    Cons

Management short handed, co-workers tend to get away with running the show and in an underhanded manner.

    Advice to Management

Management should be under a closer set of checks and balances, from higher up management, as when back in their home departments. Things are not accomplished in a respectful manner towards other employees they manage.
