    Pros

    able to give your ideas and opinions on different things, they had a good plan in the beginning looking out for the patient and family and employee, not so much now

    Cons

    when I worked for them I enjoyed my working for them even when it would be stressful, it seemed all worthwhile

    Pros

    Dedicated professionals working in the challenging field of health care, trying to unify two formerly competing hospitals. Employees treated with respect and valued.

    Cons

    Tight finances and push back from some long standing employees to the new organization coupled with uncertainty about the building of a new facility.

    Advice to Management

    Get our of your offices more and be seen in each of the facilities you cover. It is easier to follow a lead we see and know.

    The people were great coworkers and friends. Our site was known for its personal care and friendly service.

    Cons

    Shortage of staff. More responsibilities constantly placed on techs.

    Use advice from staff more often. Don't forget what it's like to do the job.

    shift pay and some different scheduling options

    Cons

    so many to list..bad management, not much room for growth unless you compromise your morals and standards. Lying managers to move friends up, don't address concerns brought up by employees, hire outsiders who have been fired from other places, no job security

    Too middle management heavy, way too many managers and not enough workers, very clique !
