    Pros

Great company culture. Great people. Perfect Location. Great Training. Company is growing so there's a lot of room to grow.

    Cons

Low pay. That's about it. The pay could be better in my opinion.

Thank you for your review and all I can say is to stick around. It will go from "It's been OK" to "I think that it's great" ( We will certainly try)

Not ready to be a big business but acts like one.

I have been working at Fay Servicing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Birthday Gift cards
Free end of the month lunches
    Its a job

    Cons

    The pay

    The Insurance

You can't bring your prior knowledge here at all. What you know... ... ... here... .... is not at all what your experience has taught you. No training on "their" way of processing things. You hear a lot of "we want to hear from you", but you quickly find out, this company could careless about your ideas and concerns.

Depending on the manager (notice I haven't used the word leader) can be micromanaged to the max and treated like a child vs an adult

Managers seem to get away with unprofessional murder. A "regular" associate has not a leg to stand on.

Managers are too busy counting the time to the minute of a fellow co worker is at your desk vs. giving appreciation for work completed, or asking what they can do to help you achieve your goals and developing an action plan (Just making a point that I'm almost certain a leader, even a manager, should have more important fish to fry other than count the minutes someone is at someone else's desk)

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting/hiring people solely because of their knowledge or because they're a friend/friend of a friend. Not everyone can manage people.
Start putting action behind the picture perfect story recieved before one steps through the door, only to find out the company's the exact opposite. I believe, if the company truly cared, we'd not only see a plan of action, BUT ALSO THE PLAN OF ACTION SINCERELY CARRIED OUT as a result of the employee surveys taken.

I worked at Fay Servicing full-time

    Pros

The regular employees are wonderful to work with. The company celebrates milestones of achievements and the Owner seems to care.

    Cons

Management talks about work life balance, but they implement it with a ton of rules that makes doing it not worth it. Underlings don't get promoted unless they are actually doing the job for a number of years. So you will work more and get little in return. If you are buddy buddy with management then you might get recognization. Outside of that, don't expect much. And you can forget about raises. There is extremely little career growth. Whatever position you are in, expect to stay there until you quit.

    Advice to Management

Learn to recognize people that aren't in Account Management. Without them, this company would not get very far.
