    I have been working at Fay Servicing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    We are allowed to be independent employees and not micro-managed. It is a Team-oriented company, the culture is coming along. It has the capability of being a great company. I was inspired by Ed Fay’s vision of the company when I started but over the years this vision has been lost. In their defense the training program has started to develop positively as they stated it would.

    There are more than I can name and it took a really long time to write this review due to my respect for the company but!!! Pay - We have went through 3 compensation changes since I started which continuously decreases the ability for AM’s to maximize their potential. It was verbally expressed their would never be a limit on compensation but over the years it has been adjusted to limit the annual salary opposed...

    Advice to Management

    Consider the lives of an Account Manager by considering the effects of your decisions. The pay is not competitive with the market and has an even higher disadvantage when faced with unforeseen pay schedule changes and constant compensation adjustments to decrease the annual salary. I’m sure there will be the perfect rebuttal to follow my concerns, but these are whole heartedly legitimate company issues that requires...

    Free lunch is really it

    I work in customer service. The pay is awful. You’re micro managed. No over time. They are hiring for an outbound team that makes $2 more per hour but still expect us to make outbound calls for no incentive. Not what I was hired for. Was making only a $1 for every $1000 earned (bonus wise) that was cut to fifty cents. Oh. And you can’t move within the company for 6 months . Currently seeking new employment

      Get a free lunch at end of month.

      Cons

      They allow SVPs to bully people. There are many complaints about a specific one but no one cares they make up excuses for her and admit that they are aware of issues with her. As long as you go out drinking with upper management and/or sleep around the office then you're good.

      Advice to Management

      Stop taking out of the account managers comp just to line your pockets.

He pays for lunch for all of his 700+ employees across 7 offices on the last day of every month.       Thanks for your support. Philanthropy is a team effort and our generosity wouldn't be possible without the immense contribution of our employees. This year, we're on pace to donate over 1,200 backpacks to children in need. That's more than 1.5 backpacks per employee!
