I have been working at Fay Servicing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Cheap Free lunch at the end of the month

    Cons

Difference between an standard employee who doesn't try and someone who kicks butt will receive 1% difference in their raise. No promotional opportunities, if offered, are delayed Bottom tier compensation vs standards in the surrounding area No relaxation or hangout areas. Coffee machines have never been cleaned. Management is clearly making great money, consistently telling employees they are the most important part...

    Cons

Insurance cost over $300 a month just for one person, horrible desks , micromanage manager, low pay

    Advice to Management

I liked my job, but not the horrible manager. She is very micromanage and controlling. I worked there one year too long.

We understand the costs of health care are high, which is why we switched to a self-funded plan to help control rising costs for the company and our employees. We offer different programs at different price points so our employees have a choice in what they pay for insurance. We also ...

I have been working at Fay Servicing for less than a year

    Pros

    Free lunch is really it

    Cons

I work in customer service. The pay is awful. You’re micro managed. No over time. They are hiring for an outbound team that makes $2 more per hour but still expect us to make outbound calls for no incentive. Not what I was hired for. Was making only a $1 for every $1000 earned (bonus wise) that was cut to fifty cents. Oh. And you can’t move within the company for 6 months . Currently seeking new employment

    Advice to Management

    This is not a prison.

Thank you for your feedback. In July 2018, we instituted a new compensation plan that actually added an incentive program for Customer Service Representatives for the first time to make compensation more competitive. In February 2019, adjustments that lowered one component of the ...

    Pros

Get a free lunch at end of month.

    Cons

They allow SVPs to bully people. There are many complaints about a specific one but no one cares they make up excuses for her and admit that they are aware of issues with her. As long as you go out drinking with upper management and/or sleep around the office then you're good.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking out of the account managers comp just to line your pockets.

They have the most unskilled, unprofessional, unethical management team I have ever encountered and the HR division is twice as bad, employee turnover is tremendous; training is very poor and the cost o& medical insurance is sky high.

    Advice to Management

I believe the employees are good quality but they being lead by poor managers.

    Pros

Month end free lunch and that is it!

    Cons

The structure is terrible and direction is poor because the management does a lame job of actually managing. The training, job satisfaction and pay is not adequate and do not dare reach out to management or any of the Human Resources Personnel because they lack the skills to listen, comprehend and resolve issues.

    Advice to Management

Clean house and get new managers with skills, personality and education and spend time developing the employees you have managed to retain.

I have been working at Fay Servicing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free lunches, decent pay, nice coworkers.

    Cons

I pay double for benefits for just myself than I did at my previous job for both myself and my husband. The 401k plan is a complete joke. And the vacation time is very disappointing as well. I feel like I was tricked into leaving my previous job for more money at this position and was promised bonuses and overtime. Both are nonexistent so with the high benefits cost my take home pay is actually less.

    Advice to Management

Free lunches are nice but I'd gladly cut that for a better benefits package.
