I worked at Fayetteville State University part-time

    Pros

Job is easy. Pays above minimum wage. Management was great and easy to work with. Great faculty members with a small town environment.

    Cons

Above minimum pay but barely any hours. 10 - 20 hours was max for this job. Lots of unnecessary work, such as making instruction plans that serves no purpose.

    Advice to Management

Majority of the paperworks are extremely pointless and I believe management can eliminate some of the tedious paper work to make it more efficient.

Be more engaging with the lower tier of employees, not to relegate them to menial tasks. Good company overall, if you are starting out.
