I worked at FedEx Office full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits were decent. Easy to move up in the company if that's what you want. Variety of locations so opportunities to transfer to different site if you weren't happy with the management.

    Cons

Wanting customers to do surveys but not actually wanting them to be honest. Basically just asking customers to give you all 5s.
Too much focus on Product of the month

    Advice to Management

Make your employees feel like that matter. I had some managers that were awesome and really made you feel like part of something and then I had some that basically had already checked out.

I worked at FedEx Office full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Constantly busy
-Learn to do everything from shipping to creating projects

    Cons

-Depending on location you might get too busy and not always have the appropriate backup available
-Really tests your customer service skills-people always want things done right away when you're supposed to tell them to place an order....
-In Downtown areas/areas with lots of homeless you'll have a lot of people loitering

I have been working at FedEx Office full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, fun for multitaskers, feel like you can help customers, great abilities to learn, most other team members are happy and willing to teach

    Cons

Management doesn't care much, nor listens to advice from longtime employees, company doesn't acknowledge but has lots of punitive measures, does not pay enough nor raise salary enough, has very outdated technology and tech issues cause problems at work daily, team members with bad work ethics and whom are disrespectful skate by with no counselling, company culture is big on punitive measures but not recognition, company has rigorous training program but treats it as optional when it's not, too many regulations with not improper/not enough enforcement of said regulations

    Advice to Management

Try to have consistency from store to store, care about employees more, and implement measures to recognise hard work
