The HR department is in-house in case you have questions of need forms or information
Cons
When there is a problem or concern, the Managers, HRBP and staff are slow to handle in a timely manner. You have to complain and keep complaining until the matter gets the attention needed otherwise it will go by the wayside

What a display of profit over everything
Jan 9, 2023 - Operations Manager in Memphis, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Decent place to work, however their contracts are poorly written and it makes the operation struggle just by how they are written.
Cons
I was hired to fix an account and I brought it from its KPI's at 62% at the beginning of 2021 to the 99% by the end of the year. However what they didn't say when they hired me is that they were planning to kick out the customer I was hired to work on. about 6 months into it they made it public, they sat me down and swore up and down no matter what I will have a job and nothing to worry about. the last 3 months I was working 10-12 hour days to get this customer out and at the end they released me stating they have no room for me 2 weeks after I processed the account out. Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth since now I have to explain why I only worked there for 1 year. pure profit over employees which FedEx keeps screaming they are people first.

Apr 26, 2023 - Certified Customs Specialist in Tonawanda, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have had a great experience thus far with FedEx Logistics. Their training has been great and I have taken full advantage of their added benefits such as tuition and healthcare.
Cons
The pay is dictated based on a hierarchy and there isn't much room for negotiation.

Pros
Some nice people and sometimes a free breakfast
Cons
Long hours not knowing when you will work next till the last minute. Young managers in their twenties that don't know what they're doing. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper almost weekly. Told that you were just a number. No breaks in a 10-hour day. Fast-paced and very physical. Favoritism by management. Extremely hot in the summer and some lines didn't have a single fan.
