Pros
FedEx is the best company to advance with.

Supply chain is new to FedEx and there are too many clients to please, it trickles down to your management team on the floor making the goals happen with little to no recognition. Supply Chain was a great yet difficult experience.
Advice to Management
Ensure management are trained in every aspect to enable them to actually do their jobs. Stable human resources department. RECOGNITION. Do not set expectations for your management team if you cannot follow them.

I have been working at FedEx SupplyChain part-time
Pros
Benefits, tuition reimbursement. Employees get away with not coming to work.
Cons
Poor leaderships. Managers do not care about employees. They have an excessive amount of sick calls because of lack of organization and bad managers. Team leaders will yell at employees that come to work, to compensate for missing bodies. Company leader met with employees and said that positive changes were coming, but the promoted the same people and did not change leadership. Same people, same mess!!! Some employees can't even read!! NOthing is being done to improve environment. They only care about how this look from the outside, not what's really going on. This is not the real FedEX! Stay away, unless you want daily migraines, anxiety, or BS!!! All decisions are made based on personal feelings not business! Managers loss accounts because of poor decisions and still get promoted. SMH!!!!! Crazy! HOw can we even take anyone in management serious. Maybe we can mess-up and get promoted too!!!
Advice to Management
Pay attention!!! Change leadership.
