Career Pivot

I have been studying in python and JavaScript since those are the 2 most common languages I heard to learn in order to pivot from being a driver for FedEx to a software engineer at a FAANG company. I understand right now is not the ideal time to be looking for jobs but my understanding is this recession won’t be permanent and eventually hiring will get back to the level it once was and when it does I want to be ready. What can I do to maximize my chances of hitting those 1% engineer jobs?

Hello, does anyone know of Susan Riedel because she is my hiring manager and said I received the position although has not responded in a day. Is she employed at this company or is this a job scam?

hey guys, i’m an early career professional and I recently interviewed for an entry level role in procurement. is it a red flag if it was hinted / mentioned a few times during the interviews that the role will be stressful? 🥲 I haven’t done much interviewing as I’m pretty fresh in my career so for them to explicitly mention it will be stressful was a first
