    Not a big fan of traffic so go into work early and leaving early is the best fit

    Too many baby boomers are retiring at the same time leaving a vacuum that takes time to replace.

    Be allowed to hire before one retires in order to be cross trained.

    Benefits are good. Job is relatively stable. Teleworking saves me 2 1/2 hours of commuting everyday.

    Performance reviews/promotions/raises too dependent upon budget considerations....and favoritism.
