    Bureaucratic, silly nonsense. Low Pay for amount of work.

    There's too many trying to justify their jobs and creating an environment or red tape that makes the job much harder than it needs to be.

    Great people to work with, did have a great retirement plan, medical, job security, shift choice optional, great pay, opportunity to advance and transfer to other positions

    Not very people oriented, lack of morale, higher supervision extremely PC, creating a difficult work environment

    Get more involved with your people instead of trying to please your bosses, know what's actually going on in the field instead of dictating from paperwork,
