    Pros

Great pay and benefits, nice facility to work in, everything in one place

    Cons

Very hard to advance with all the others trying to advance by stepping on others, honesty is not a high priority there. Lot of people getting paid for doing the minimum. Better watch your back.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest with your employees
