    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Mostly everyone at the FeedRoom is highly motivated. They are also generally easy to get along with and good at their work. On average, I would say that it has smarter people than the average company. There is a fair amount of opportunity to learn and then apply new things but you will have to use your own time for much of the learning part.

    Cons

The environment is political and can be tense due to the deadlines. There is also always too much work for everyone to do.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice on how to better lead the company to success. I would suggest that you invest more into the professional development of employees though.

    Pros

    The compensation is pretty good.

    Cons

Limited vision, direction. Mostly disconnected efforts going no-place in particular.

    Advice to Management

Pick a concrete, achievable direction and get all-hands on board pulling to that goal. Repeat.
