    Pros

    Awesome mission, personally fulfilling to get to know people from the 200-food banks across the country and decision makers within Fortune 100 companies that can benefit from Feeding America rescuing their food.

    Cons

    Litte/no training. Mangement that is short on time to coach.

    Advice to Management

    Take more time to develop talent and pay attention to what outcomes are vs. time in at the organization.

    Amazing place to work - incredible mission.

    Cons

    Highly abrasive CEO and new policies that micromanage a high performing team are running off the top talent. Other mission driven national organizations would do well to recruit talent from FA

    I havent notice anything negative about the company at all. All I see is love and kindness. Im happy to be student at feed america.

    I have been working at Feeding America full-time

    Pros

    The mission of ending hunger is what everyone is focused on. The people are incredibly smart (good mix of non-profit and for-profit experience), very friendly and the culture is one of collaboration and sharing.

    Cons

    Overall strong but working on a new strategy, so just unsure how that impacts each group/person.

    Pros

    Great mission and wonderful network of dedicated food bankers. For a nonprofit, good salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Job was misrepresented, work tasks were mundane, travel is disorganized and poorly planned, hierarchy prevents inclusion and creates an us vs. them feeling, office space creates unfriendly environment without social interaction, no camaraderie.
