Pros
-Fully Remote Company -Excellent Management and support -People first minded corporation -Team collaborates with a "learning environment" mentality -Product is groundbreaking and is constantly being improved -Personal company funds for team building events -Yearly company funded outings with co-workers in your region -Generous Time Off balance with consideration of various life events
Cons
-Work load can be demanding during peak seasons -Learning curve is high as there is a lot of business and unique database set ups, expect it to take several months to a year before you get fully comfortable with your role. -A lot of critical insights are exchanged through tribal knowledge, Although the team is very supportive, expect to rely on your team often to get through specific challenges.
Feedonomics Response5w
It was an absolute joy reading this review to start off the week, we're so glad to know you are 3 or 4 years into your tenure at Feedonomics and still feeling the positive impact of a healthy company culture. As you know, this is something we will need to continue to iterate on and emphasize as the larger we get the more we will rely on each other to maintain this level of communication and dedication to our 15 Legacy Principles. As far as the learning curve and peak seasons go - we hear you, we really do. Please continue to provide input to your managers and to our Training team so that we can continue to improve the onboarding process and hopefully decrease the time it takes for someone to get fully ramped. Even in a dynamic industry like ours, we can always Train to Win ahead of holiday seasons and new hire start classes.

Pros
The organization is impressive in just about every category. Let’s start with recruitment. My recruiter, Alex was knowledgeable about the role and had taken the time to discuss very specific details about the role and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I left my first call knowing exactly what to expect out of the role and the organization. I felt really prepared for my first interview with the hiring manager and 20 minutes before my interview Feedonomics reached out to wish me luck. WOW! My training and onboarding experience was fantastic! Feedonomics and their trainers move at your pace and utilize their LMS to pave the way for learning about the organization, on-the-job skills, and they even teach you advanced technical skills. I’m just thrilled with the level of detail and effort the L&D and People teams have put into making this experience best-in-class. My favorite part about Feedonomics and it’s also secret sauce for the company culture’s success. It’s the people and principles. Everyone at FDX is hand selected, mostly because he/she is a good person. We all believe and practice the Legacy principles that guide us to become a team that works together and supports each other. We all sweep the sheds and I’m glad to be part of this organization.
Cons
Like all organizations there is always room for improvement. As a suggestion a 401K match would be welcomed by most team members.

This is an awesome review and we've over the moon to read it. We've put a ton of focus into the whole Feedonomics experience, starting from the first day a candidate interacts with Feedo until the time they may choose to leave. We are absolutely stoked to hear you've had a great experience so far and can't wait to see you flourish even more. These words do not go unnoticed, in fact we agree that we must fight to keep the principles alive and integrated into our daily lives. As often as we can we will look to re-evaluate what is working and what can be improved and that is inclusive of team member benefits.

Pros
Feedonomics is a learning and high-trust environment. Remote first, pays well, and management is awesome. I can see myself working here for years to come if they will have me. There's a reason they've ended up on the best places to work list on Glassdoor and Built In.
Cons
There is no 401K matching but the compensation package is otherwise great.

This is so great to hear - especially because trust is the building block of any healthy and effective organization. We are thrilled that you enjoy being part of the team and being in this environment. We will call you out on one thing though - you said there's a reason "they've" ended up on those best places to work lists. We would argue that you should have used "we" as every single one of us contribute to this culture and make it better... so thank you!

It is fantastic that you are enjoying the atmosphere we have built together and we thank you for contributing to it. As you know, we want Feedos around the globe to have the best possible experience so this feedback is important. Please keep being vocal with your manager and our People Empowerment team when it comes to your balance and the people around you - we must work to maintain this, especially as we grow!

Pros
Feedonomics is an excellent company from the top down and bottom up. Everyone plays an essential part in the success of the company, making the work we do feel rewarding. The culture also strongly encourages a work-life balance which is helpful to recharge/destress so that we can tackle the challenges of our role.
Cons
The work is challenging but this can also be viewed as a pro.
1Feedonomics Response3mo
You are a part of our success! If you feel that your work-life balance ever becomes threatened please be vocal about it with your manager and our People Empowerment team. Glad you are a Feedo!

Pros
The people at this company are incredible. Each "Feedo" is 110% bought-in to the "Feed On" principles our founders instilled into the company to create a top-notch culture. Feedos come from all corners of the world and all different backgrounds, so what makes our culture so unique is that everyone's authenticity is truly appreciated and celebrated at Feedonomics, and our culture and core values aren't just buzzwords or bullet points on our website, rather, we practice and discuss our culture every single day, no matter what department or level of seniority you are within the company. The leadership team is transparent at all times and they continue to focus on the Feedonomics culture, so by having a quarterly "Legacy Week," we have an opportunity to speak with and discuss our culture at a deeper level with colleagues we normally wouldn't interact or work with on a daily basis. I wake up every day smiling and excited to work for Feedonomics, and what we're doing in the eCommerce world is integral, from the platform itself to the best-in-class service we provide. This is all made possible by having such fantastic Feedos that strive to be the best versions of themselves every day. It's a very supportive team-oriented environment with a customer-centric focus. I hope to be at Feedonomics for a long time to come.
Cons
Working remotely can make you feel a bit distant at times, being unable to meet up with colleagues in-person...this is the nature of today's working world, though, and I think Feedonomics does a great job of addressing this challenge and keeping the Feedos engaged and immersed in the culture.

We'll take this feedback in stride and we are smiling because you are smiling! Thank you for taking the tie to write this review and discuss how we maintain our culture - you and your team are very much a part of that. If we're firing on all cylinders, we will not only be able to stay true to our Feedo principles but we will be able to build on them. Additionally, we're working on more opportunities for in-person connection as well, so your statements resonate with us.

Pros
The culture (based on the book Legacy) is fantastic and they really live it. The people are down to earth and there is lots of meaningful interaction.
Cons
There really aren't any cons, except that I didn't start working here sooner. I stayed at my last job for 17 years and the difference is night and day.
