I have just passed my 7th year anniversary working in Fenero and I can honestly say that it has been an absolute pleasure working for such a fantastic company. The expression that you are "just a number" is non-existent in Fenero and your efforts certainly do not go unnoticed. Learning and development for career progression is highly encouraged and accommodated. I switched career paths and my first role in my newly chosen career in the world of Tax & Accounting was with Fenero. I came to Fenero with no previous work experience in this area, but was made feel right at home. During my time so far, I have been given some great opportunities, I have worked across different departments and have gained a substantial amount of valuable knowledge and experience in different areas of the business. For me, it is the people and the culture that really make working for this company worthwhile. From Senior management to the wider team members, everyone strives to help one another, which creates a real "One Team" spirit within the company.

Feels like a family - colleagues are enthusiastic about providing support and making work feel enjoyable. The company supports employees wanting to further their education. Working from home is encouraged.

Best company I have ever worked for. Employers are very family orientated and understanding the reason I feel that I have a work/ life balance. Work social outing is a culture that we value, always something fun to do that would be organized by our Employers. Managements gives great support and the training is very well structured, you can always go back and ask for more support. My professional growth had developed rapidly and my technical knowledge in Payroll in the one year that I am here. There is a great positive and fun atmosphere in the workplace but can also carry out our daily task at a timely manner. We work as a team, providing the best customer experiences and knowledge to our contractors. Fenero encouraged growth in both knowledge and promotion. Employer are generous in investing in education for their employees so if you feel like you want to work for a company that would invest in your needs, I would recommend Fenero for a place to work. Business growth had increased rapidly, so if you are thriving for success in your career this would be the time to join a fast growing business.

I moved to Fenero just under 5 years ago and it was the best career decision I ever made. My professional growth has developed immensely, along with my technical knowledge of tax and accounting. It is the support and guidance I received from all the team in Fenero, particularly the directors and senior staff, that nurtured this growth. Knowing that I am valued by my employer and my colleagues is a vital ingredient in helping me to reach my career potential. I can honestly say that the culture I have experienced in my time thus far with Fenero has made me believe the sky is the limit when it comes to my career. The company's rapid growth over my time there has not diluted their attitude to the well-being of their staff - when working at Fenero you are never in doubt that you are valued.

There is some deadline related pressure but that is the nature of the business and, in truth, this actually helped me to develop skills to better plan my workload.

I came to work with Fenero after years working in traditional accounting & tax practices and its definitely been a positive move for me. Fenero is a very forward thinking & innovate place to work but they still never lose sight of their customer and staff needs. They are always encouraging & supportive of staff who want to up skill and cross train while still meeting customer demands. It’s great to be involved in a company who keep up to date on the latest technical advances to better their customer offerings and who always strive to go the extra mile for customers and staff alike. Fenero have a really high staff retention which is something I inquired about before joining. Being with Fenero is allowing me to greatly expand on my technical tax knowledge on a daily basis! Would definitely recommend Fenero as a great place to work.

In my opinion making the move to Fenero was the best career choice I have made. A great company to work for. A place where you are valued by your employer and not just another number to the company even though the company has tripled it's employee numbers since I first started. Very understanding,friendly and supportive directors/management and team leads,whom you can go to with any queries professional or personal. They go that extra mile to meet your needs. Another important aspect to the guys here is that they really get behind and support their staff in improving and furthering themselves in the career through training and always offer their full support to anyone where possible. Always great atmosphere in the office even when we are under pressure to meet deadlines. A point which the management are always keen to show their appreciation for their staff through different events and get together.

Its a very fast paced environment but theres always support across the team if required.
