I have been working at Fennemore Craig PC full-time

    Pros

The people are - with very few exceptions - kind and friendly. If you work hard and play nice, you will like it.

    Cons

The company has the same problems you see in any large organization - layers of bureaucracy, some bad apples.

I have been working at Fennemore Craig PC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

a little better than no job at all

    Cons

the computer program is a disaster. Takes 1/2 minute just to open an email. NOTHING works right. spend 40% of time troubleshooting. One person got a $.5 MILLION bonus, and 80% of other salaries were cut?!?!? What is wrong with this picture?

    Advice to Management

WHO CARES if 3/14 is pi=3.14 x radius squared so have pie. WHO NEEDS a bottle of hand sanitizer every year? None of this has anything to do with quality of work.

    Pros

Good to excellent company to work for, caring leadership, very helpful people in HR, given every resource to help you do your job. Management provides catered lunches and rewards you with gift cards. Can't say I've seen this anywhere else.

    Cons

    Not much room for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Fennemore Craig PC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Top notch, ethical, friendly, down-to-earth attorneys. Staff is graciously compensated. Resources to advance, learn, improve skills. Most are environment friendly and go paperless.

    Cons

Location isn't ideal-my opinion. Central are was great - downtown would have been ideal due to proximity to the courts and public transportation.

    Advice to Management

Compensation - it should be based on the individual, not blanket firm-staff wide. Some employees work so much harder and stay until the job is done - others can't wait for the clock to hit 5 and they check out without any regard. Recognize, compensate your loyal, hard-working employees.

    Pros

Great Work Life Balance, with phenomenal support on all levels. There is a masseuse on staff and everything. This company truly knows how to take care of it's employees.

    Cons

The compensation is based on the market value for what your position pays, but I love it here this company immediately made me feel like family when I came in. Everybody knew my name, smiled and just made me feel a apart of the family.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There are none at this time.

    Cons

There are many! The training is extremely weak and improper. The pay is low but they expect/demand top notch performance. Poor office morale. Attorneys are two-faced and full of unrealistic expectations! Beware, your stress levels from working here are very dangerous to your health.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue! Talent would recognize talent if there were some. You should not ask an experienced employee to stay and train a replacement after you fire them! Please don't do the lunch trucks for the holiday party.

I have been working at Fennemore Craig PC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly, progressive, smart & talented staff, open, fun, non-traditional

    Cons

Long time employees that are bitter comparing how things were with how they are now - lack of perspective.

    Advice to Management

Keep working towards higher employee engagement, growing skills, and aligning staff and management relationships.

I worked at Fennemore Craig PC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None, the HR department will never help you sort through any issues.

    Cons

Very finger pointing environment, back stabbing and unsupported. People in IT department are very deceptive. If you make the wrong alliances your done. Senior management will never support the ethical position. It truly is all about the money which is fine but when it comes at the expense of those in the trenches, they are monsters. The IT leader can never be trusted. If your talented run from any offer, don't just walk away.

    Advice to Management

Keep focused on the money and you will continue to see the loss of great attorney's and staff. Those worth anything will always have options and leave. You will be stuck with staff that comes from the bottom of the barrel.

I worked at Fennemore Craig PC (More than 3 years)

    Pros

High Quality, professional attorneys who are dedicated and most keep egos in check.

    Cons

Highly stressful, upper management has absolutely no loyalty to staff. Layoffs at all levels due to move to new location. Demotions offered to long standing staff or a choice of resignation.

    Advice to Management

Your people hold you up. Be respectful, not demeaning. Others in the law community see this behavior, it has had effect on business.
