    20% discount after one year, everyone is really nice, good support, easy to move between department, good benefits.

    Cons

    Some people aren't the nicest. Not great pay.

    - Great place to dig and in really make a difference
    - Most senior management are approachable and polite
    - Family feel when speaking to internal staff at all levels
    - Discount on sale discount
    - Yearly December bonus increasing on time served

    - No pay scale or structure
    - Reports of bullying ignored in some cases
    - No benefits besides discount
    - All staff besides directors must work in december
    - No flexible working hours or working from home

    Advice to Management

    Modernise HR and retain the staff to make the difference with the business

    Five Weeks Paid Holiday.Staff Discount.

    Cons

    Staff Shortages. Working virtually every weekend.Low Wages. Working with foreign agency staff who struggle to understand english. Having to work Boxing Day.

    Need to be more caring with disabled staff.

    Pros

    Being on New Bond street and meeting interesting customers. Staff restaurant with hot and cold food at a very reduced price.

    Cons

    Very low pay, and bad management. I felt bullied there.

    Advice to Management

    They need to stop bullying people and respecting them.

    Pros

    Great team and friendly staff
    Two tea breaks plus one hour lunch
    Closing hours
    Nice atmosphere and customers

    Cons

    stressful management, lots of presure from management, in one year working there I didn't get any pay raise, hard to progress, managers used to do a difference between staff and in many situations they where not objective

    Advice to Management

    Treat your people with more respect, encorage more your staff and help them progress.
