    - Great place to dig and in really make a difference - Most senior management are approachable and polite - Family feel when speaking to internal staff at all levels - Discount on sale discount - Yearly December bonus increasing on time served

    - No pay scale or structure - Reports of bullying ignored in some cases - No benefits besides discount - All staff besides directors must work in december - No flexible working hours or working from home
