    Large breadth of product which to sell and wonderful backing from manufacturing partners.

    Cons

    Poor mid-level management. The company will place longtime employees in management roles for divisions they have no experience with. There's a lack of understanding from some of these management types and they choose to lead by fear.

    can set your own schedule for the most part

    constantly by yourself, no support, have to find your own leads, on the road non stop, poor management, area sales manager did not help at all

    Love the people, and the freedom.

    Cons

    Base salary for the Outside Sales position is the same in all geographic areas. The cost of living in California is one of the highest in the country and should be taken into consideration when hiring.
